In March 2019 we had the pleasure to welcome to the gîte a first wellness workshop : Florence & Sophie gave us all their tips and advice to help us “Start spring in top shape! »
We chased away the fatigue and the winter blues, re-energized our energies for the arrival of spring and exchanged around naturopathic advice: detox to purify our body and healthy eating to improve our daily life.
After getting to know each other over hot drinks and some homemade delicacies, Florence guided us through various exercises to wake up our bodies and chase away fatigue. Various acupressure points, Do In (self-massage), gentle gymnastics and breathing allowed us to maintain and stimulate our energy reservoirs.
Then, we took advantage of a second workshop: “chasing the blues”. Florence’s advice allowed us to get rid of what was cluttering up our minds, to let go and inspire serenity.
Energizing relaxation and breathing helped us to anchor the positive within ourselves. We ended the session with a meditation with colours.
Finally Sophie explained the different aspects and benefits of detox, better eating and gave us her naturopathic advice.
